1.Plating                                                                                                                    - 100% Micron Gold Plating and Enhanced Rhodium Plating
- Nickel Free Plating for all basic earrings                                                                - Nickel Free for all items are available as per buyer’s request                       (Nickel Free charge will be added.)

2, Tarnish                                                                                                                  - Plated items will tarnish someday as time goes by.
-  As long as used under the proper condition, any items from JewelTechDesigns      will not tarnish easily.
- The longevity of the plating depends on how you take care of the plated items.

3. Discount Policy & Coupon Codes
- Over $200, 10% discount --> JTD10
- Over $500, 15% discount --> JTD15

5. Shipping
- Items ships from Seoul, Korea                                                                                - The processing time for shipment takes usually 3 business days.
- Shipping charge means not only postage but also all handling expenses related     to shipment.
- The shipping charge shown on the listing is for K-Packet.
- We offer the flat rate of $35 for express shipping. (FedEx Priority or EMS)            - Options : Express Mail (FedEx Priority / EMS), K-Packet, Registered Air Mail                                                                                                                            6. Return & Refunds                                                                                                - Return and Exchanges : 30 days                                                                            - For defective items, instant refund will be made or the substitutes will be sent        together in the next order unless it is urgent. No need to return.                            - For non-defective items, (In case buyer just wants to return the items without a specific reason) any refund will not be made until the tracking number or air waybill number (#AWB) should be submitted to the seller.                                        - Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
- Returned item (whatever the reason may be) should be in their original condition.
